A graduate of Las Cruces High, Gricel also studied at NM State University and has a degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. Gricel has worked in the building/real estate industry for nearly 15 years. She has volunteered in the community through March of Dimes, Las Cruces Association of Realtors, and the LC Home Builders Association. Gricel is married, has one child and another on the way. In March of 2017, she and her husband, Justin, purchased the company from its previous owner, Kevin Davis.

A lifelong resident of Las Cruces, Justin was raised in the Mesilla Valley by entrepreneurs. His father is a pecan farmer, who at one time owned and operated a successful concrete company as well. Justin is a graduate of Mayfield High School and New Mexico State University where he studied Architectural Drafting. Upon completion of his degree, Justin went to work for Williams Design Group for 9 years. He later worked for ASA Architects prior to joining the SWAT team. Justin serves as a board member with the Las Cruces Home Builders Association.

Tara is native of Hatch, New Mexico and is a graduate of Hatch Valley High School. She has lived in the area all her life. Tara attended New Mexico State University before pursuing a License in Massage Therapy. Tara’s prior work experience includes a background in finance with 16 years in the banking industry. She has been married for 17 years to Rey Munoz, Assistant Principal at Vista Middle School. They have 2 children, Alexis and Aaron, with whom they spend most of their time with – coaching and traveling with their sports teams. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Duncan grew up in Waldorf, Maryland – a suburb of Washington DC. As a child both parents were involved in Real Estate. His mother remains a practicing Real Estate Agent for Southern Maryland, and his father a retired Loan officer.

He moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico in 2009 to pursue an affordable education and fell in love with the local community and culture. Duncan is proud to call himself a Las Crucen and looks forward to growing and building with the local community.

“I started in the Title industry 2013 as a receptionist and quickly worked my way up from Escrow assistant to a fully licensed Title producer by 2016. I can think of no other career that gives me the same amount of joy and sense of accomplishment when I help Real Estate Agents, lenders, buyers and sellers move through closing and on to the next chapter of their lives.

It is my goal to provide the smoothest possible closing experience and a process that doesn’t create unwanted or unneeded stress. I stive for open and active communication whenever possible, with customer service being at the forefront.

I have experience in a wide variety of Real Estate transactions ranging from the smaller vacant lots to the large commercial hotels and government acquisitions.

Outside the office I enjoy anything outdoors, from hunting & fishing to rebuilding and working on vintage vehicles.”
